Applying for IANA Enterprise Number

What’s This?! #

It’s amazingly easy to register with the IANA1 for an enterprise ID.

Having an Enterprise ID is useful if you wish to have something homegrown exposed and queryable via SNMP.
OR if you want to have an org id in LDAP.
